i was so happy to find this little book. i thought it may have been out of print, as i bought it many years ago and have used it faithfully. this purchase was as a gift for someone who admired it on a recent visit. it contains some of the best recipes in simple language, easy to use, and the recipes come out GREAT! i hope that someone will purchased this little book and enjoy it as much as i have. sincerely, carol (from Massachusetts)

Over the years I have collected many of the titles in this Little Guides series. They are basic to advanced, creative, informative, and in a very handy size. The recipes encourage creativity and trying variations with many interesting suggestions. Great books for everyone from a beginning cook to an advanced one.
