Easy, fun and entertaining read.
Every manager should read this book. So often, managers are caught up in the product or service, that they forget about the people delivering those things. The main point is that the one thing your competitors cannot copy is your workforce. Maximize this, and you will achieve the competitive advantage you're looking for. Scott Cawood was the keynote speaker at a SHRM event I attended, where he gave everyone a copy of this book. Not only was he fun and entertaining during the event, afterwords, that same humor was found in this book. While some points seem like "no brainers", they all get you thinking and the anecdotes that accompany them are helpful.
