Bridgette Collins has done it again! This is a great book for anyone wanting to make a lifestyle makeover but does not know where to start. Ms. Collins gives practical tips for exercising and eating healhier. This book is awake-up call! It demonstrates how the choices we make today in how we live our lives can cause serious health and emotional problems in the future if gone unchecked.
