How can these people say replay value is not there or that it is a stupid game. This game is the coolest racing game I have ever played. It makes no difference how or if you finish the race, as long as you crashed enough of your opponents, you will advance. Great frame rate and for its time, a great concept. Driver is better if you like a plot, Gran Turismo is better if you want realism, but for all out arcade style fun DD2 is the best game out.

The game is an excellent addition to the Destruction Derby family. I feel that the game could use a little bit more in controlling the vehicle. Overall the game does keep you on the edge of your seat while trying to destroy the other cars and keep yours in tip top shape and still win the race.

Destruction Derby 2 is a game for all you racing-destruction game lovers. You race for points by hitting opponents, regular stock car races, and the classic demolition derby. With four demolition arenas for hours of fun just on that. It needs more cars to choose from and to customize your cars but otherwise it is fun. When i bought my playstation it looked fun and it was my favorite out of 5 games. I would recremend it to all you crash bound racers.

played this game years ago and owned it too but it got lost over the years lol. well now i have it agian and wow brings back memories :-) the gameplay is simple u race, u wreck, and when all else fails u go backward and smash anything that moves. there is not a game like this currently. there have been some sequals but they are not like this and a new game like this would be awesome!!!!

This game is one of the best Destruction Derby games out their. This game is better and funner than the 1st one. The Playstation 3 has some issues playing the songs while racing. They will repeat them selfs like every 45 seconds into the song. It sounds like if the cd is scratch but thats not the case because when I load the game to a cd player or listen to the songs from the PS3 they play perfectly fine.

i like this game alot, the only thing i dont like about it is that it doesnt really look like a real car, and in most real derby's the cars do go out so easily, so they should either make it better, or drop the whole series.

Let's see, in this game, #1. no multi player #2. no hidden cars, this was the appeal of the first game in my opinion. Don't waste your money, even if you find it used, like I did. Buy the origional, cause this one should have been cancelled before it ever hit the production line. Enough said ~!

It is alright but you lose interest in it quickly and then gets pretty boring. I think the handling of the car could have been better.

The opposition cars are either too easy or too hard to beat, depending on the type of game and track played. It's a pretty old game now and it looks it. Fun at first but replay value is very limited.
