An outstanding reference work,

This is a momumental work, well organized, easy to read and carefully presented. Every library and everyone seriously interested in the mystery genre should have this volume. It presents more than 600 series, over 3,400 titles in correct order, and it's indexed in three primary categories, Police Procedurals, PIs and Amateur detectives. The author bios are excellent. If you want to know about currently writing women authors of mysteries series, there is no better resource.
