After using it for 14 days, this is my review. It is very easy to use - mix with water and fill it in a spray bottle. I use it for cleaning the floor with Swiffer and much more.

I've used Dettol since I was a small girl and now I'm just thankful that I can purchase it in USA. I use it for cleaning everything. From itches on my legs/feet (after a hard & happy day's work in the garden) to cleaning all the sinks, counter tops, bathrooms, kitchen and the floors. Use the strength as per directed, when mixing it with water. Once mixed, the water will turn milky colored and you can smell it (the clean and healthy smell of my old home) but if you don't like the smell, don't worry. It dissipates quickly after awhile.

Just wish that they have the stocks in USA. Thank you, Dettol!

this product is awesome! does have a strong smell but just opened windows and turned on fans. you have to mix it in water. i wish it came mixed already. it turns white when you mix it. it's kinda cool. have folliculitis and my doctor said to try to the bacteria levels down on my body. (i know that's gross but i am a nurse... it's unavoidable). this actually helped my skin to start to heal after one use. it's a very good product!

I swear by dettol.

Be it cleaning the toilet, bathtub, washing clothes, bubble bath with it or even skin/surface cuts, burns or rashes. It's just a great multi-purpose antiseptic solution!
I'm sure there's nothing that is better than Dettol. The next closest thing I can find would be Walch but the scent of Dettol is slightly better =)

Dettol is a great and truly multi-purpose product, and true to its its sword logo, it gives that feeling of being protected from germs and infections. Just add water!

I've used it all my life as first-aid treatment, cleaning hard surfaces at home to mainatin a hygienic environment, and also as a mouth wash. I rinse my kids toothbrushes every now and then, or when needed, to make sure they stay germ-free.

You can also use it to clean hair brushes and combs every now and then, rinsing toys, devices, and instruments (like thermometers and nebulizer masks).

If you've never used Dettol before, its scent will come across like something from the doctor's office. But if you've grown up with it, the same scent is reassurance.

Later today, we will be using Dettol to give a thorough cleaning to everything that's in the baby room for our two-month old kid who feel terribly ill because of the RSV virus in his lungs. He returns from the ICU today and we're going to used Dettol to also wash his linen thoroughly. Some viruses can be tough.

Like others, I wanted to give only four stars because of the price. But then, this is an imported product not manufactured in Canada or Mexico. Not until there is enough demand for it locally. (Although after what happened to Cadbury's chocolate bars and the Nutella spread made locally I hope Dettol remains a pricey import). Two 750 ml bottles should last 6-18 months depending on the use.

Every household needs Dettol. If you ever wonder how to get rid of the musty smell in your husband's clothes? Have you ever wanted to sanitize your children's stuff toys? Have you ever want to sanitize your clothes without discoloring them? Dettol is the answer!!!! I love Dettol in my laundry. If you have body odor problems, use this in your bath. It especially helps in tropical climates.

Love good old Dettol. Trustworthy for disinfecting everything from baby toys to floors to toilets! Wish it was more widely available here in USA.

As an antiseptic, Dettol can be used for everything from washing the floor and coutertops to cleansing small cuts and scrapes of a child in bathwater. A capful does the trick for most jobs (maybe two for cleaning the floor). It is an excellent product and goes far. I am so glad to be able to find it online now, having used it while living overseas. The Dettol brand also carries, bar and hand soap, and ointments.

Use this for every laundry, especially if you are sharing your laundry machine with other people. However the price here is a little bit higher than in local stores

I have been using this product ever since I was little. However, it's not easy to find them in stores and they can be pricey.

it's convenient to be able to buy them online. I use them with the detergent in those front-loading, high efficient washer and works great.

If there's such a thing as a Dettol child, I'm it. A significant percentage of my skin as a kid has had Dettol "painted" across it. However, beyond the sentimental recollection, there's nothing I've found better as a general house/item disinfectant.
