Wonderful overview,

Olson's examination of the Book of Deuteronomy is not a commentary, but it is a wonderful help to use along with whatever commentary you might use. The publishers of this book, Wipf & Stock Publishers, are to be commended for the many fine out of print books that they are reissuing. Check them out. Olson's book helps you understand the form and structure of Deuteronomy. With Olson's book and a commentary like the NICOT by Craigie, you'll be all set to dive into this very important, if not most important book in the Old Testament. Enjoy!
