The best gel product I have ever found for curly hair and I have tried hundreds. It keeps the frizz under control but hair feels soft. The DevaCurl One Conditioner is also a must have for curly hair.

I have very fine, very curly hair and have tried dozens (if not hundreds) of products. As your hair is drying, you will think you have used too much gel and fear that your hair will be crunchy. When it dries completely, however, it will be frizz free with defined curls. The trick is to blot it after washing or wetting (preferably with a microfiber towel), use the gel and don't touch it until it is dry. Great product!

These products are miracle workers; it's the only thing that has made my frizzy hair into cute and much complimented curls! I also recommend reading Curly Girl by Lorraine Massey both has made me love my curls!

This product is terrific for curly girls. It cuts down on the frizz and makes your hair curly. I have to use it in conjunction with another product in order to get the control I want, since my hair is on the fine side. Highly recommended.

First time ordering this product from an Amazon related site. Excellent product, excellent packing, okay delivery. Will order from this site again, as price was competitive.

I have followed the "Curly Girl" program since August 2007. My hair has never looked better! I have dry, curly hair, and I have tried every product I could find seeking a solution. Since I stopped using shampoo, my hair is 100% improved. The Angell is a great product. Not sticky or stiff, and gives my hair controlled curls and shine. The Deva Care One Condition is also great.

I thought I bought DevaCurl AnGEL, as per the text in the advertizement, but the image and the actual bottle was AnGell. They are totally different products. One (AnGEL) is firm hold, works for days and I loved. AnGell is lighter, works for a day or a few hours, and then my hair flattens out. I haven't been able to find a distinction between these two products, even among DevaConcepts literature. But they are not the same. Ingredients are different, etc. Be careful.

This is by far the best hair gel I've ever used and I hope they never stop making it. I use it in conjunction with "Set It Free" by Devacurl. It does not leave my hair crispy or sticky at all. My hair looks so good and feels really soft. You have to let it dry completely, then you can scrunch or fluff up the curls however you like. I love this gel and highly recommend it for any curly-haired people, but I don't see why it couldn't be used for anyone, even straight hair who want to use a gel.

i have super curly hair, and this product was recommended to me by my hair stylist, and it works really well. it has a lot of hold, but if you put too much on and it gets crunchy, you can soften it by scrunching when it's dry. it smells good, too.

This gel did very little for me unless I used a significant amount. At this price, I'll be spending more than $50 on hair gel every month!
