I've never had my nails grow so quickly! They are long and strong, usually peeling and short. I alternate this vitamin with the daily multivitamin. I am only taking 1 hair and nails, I believe the dose is 3/day.

I ordered these supplements to help with my thinning hair and weak nails. It's too soon to say about my hair, but my nails and skin seem noticeably better! Nails are stronger but not brittle, and my skin is very soft! It could be something else I'm doing, but the changes happened a month or so after taking these.
I will stick with them, and on my next order I will setup the auto ship!

This supplement is great and actually works. I take one tablet a day, and sometimes not even daily, yet I have seen a great improvement in my hair and nails particularly. After a couple of months of taking one a day (and probably only 4-5 days out of the week) I can see my hair has grown probably an inch and my nails are so strong and grow fast! I have had thin hair with stunted grown and weak slow-growing nails for years due to thyroid and endocrine problems, so to see them improve after taking this supplement is really wonderful. The tablets are about as big as any standard daily multi-vitamin, and they have a citrus-y flavor like a vitamin c tablet that only stays in your mouth as long as the tablet is there. I find them easy to take and have no problems on an empty or a full stomach.
