I enjoy turning this tape on before I go to bed each night. I feel like it's helping me with my concentration. The voice is pleasant to listen to, and is not too much of a droan. I am not sure that my memory has increased at all; but it does boost your self confidence in your ability to retain new info. B.

I went to bed to listen to this CD and fell asleep. I really only heard the introduction. When I woke up I felt the same but I noticed towards the end of my work day I recalled a small error I made on a paper that I put aside like a week ago. So far, I say it worked the first day for me. I will keep listening and buy more.
