This review is from: The Developer's Guide to WinHelp.Exe: Harnessing the Windows Help Engine (Coriolis Group) (Paperback)
This is a terrific guide to developing for the winhelp windows help engine. Although the book was written to cover the older 3.x version, the majority of the information in the book applies directly to the winhelp 4 engine.

The book covers all aspects of the help engine, including the RTF syntax and "alphabet" the engine understands, programming custom macros that can be called inside of help files, programming embedded windows that can be displayed inside of help topics, and using the winhelp search API.

Terrific book; if you're one of the few who develop for winhelp, by all means try and find a copy of this book.
