This is a wonderful handbook and resource guide for parents and teachers, and it covers the many areas of life for a child such as: Love, Faith, Wisdom, Loyalty, Virtue, Responsibility, Obedience, Forgiveness, and Integrity.
The Elements of the Study include 95 Character Qualities; key verses; definitions; hymns and choruses; scripture passages for meditation; Bible facts; and ideas for projects and activities. There are also Practical tips for planning a unit of study; long and short-range goals for a family; suggestions for use in reinforcement; basic steps of correction; and tips for church and school use. A great tool for the Home, and in particular for folks who homeschool their children, although it wouldn't be limited to that!! Highly recommended. |
