There are a lot of psychic development books on the market today and it is hard to sift through them sometimes to find the good ones... however, I do recommend this book.This book covers the following: Metaphysical healing, aura cleansing, chakra balancing, gemstone healing, aura reading, automatic writing, channeling, crystal gazing, trance, psychic protection, numerology, herbs, incense, candles, spiritual baths, astral projection, affirmations, and more. A good comprehensive beginner's book.

I found this book to be one of the most comprehensive yet simpe books available on the subject of psychic development. Apryl Douglas outlines numerous metaphysical methods to assist the beginner in exploring and establishing a dominant modality for their psychic development. I highly recommend this book if you can find it. I believe it's out of print now and a rare precious commodity as a used book.
