Once again, John Edward has designed and created a tapestry of knowledge in this six pack of information. There are 6 tapes, both sides filled with excellent information for either the professional psychic (always nice to see someone elses view), beginning intuitive (if you have ever thought your gut instinct was terribly strong) or even if the subject of parapsychology/mediumship/psychic abilities intrigues you... And if you are reading this review...chances are, you would enjoy this series of audios. John speaks simply on what a psychic does to connect with their divine messengers, and teaches you how to do the same. He speaks of Psychic protection skills that can be used by persons of any vocation. Ever come home from the mall and you are so tired and drained you need a nap? Do you have a friend who shares (or dumps) all their problems on you, and YOU find YOU feel the sadness way after the conversation has ended? Then you need psychic protection. And John describes how to do so not only with yourself and family, but also how to protect your material possessions. Angels and Guides? He simply describes what the difference is, and how you can contact them! One side of the tape you will find John sharing personal stories... making him real, giving you examples YOU may relate to in your daily life. He even exclaims mistakes he made, and wishes he had, on his road development. The other side of the tape, he teaches you how to participate in the practice of that particular exercise. Such as... Meditation. Side one shares why you need it, where should you do it, what are the benefits. Side two will take you right from point A of finding a relaxing space, to breathing, to visualization. It doesnt get any easier! Really. His voice is relaxing, his words are understandable. Not a whole lot of spiritual hibber jibbish without explanation on what it means! Lets face it, alot of people are coming into connection with their mind/body/spirit this year. Not everyone knows what an Aura is or means, no more than a Chakra. Personally on the beginning of my path, when I heard the word CHAKRA... I thought Miss Kahn had mispelled her name! You can't heal something, if you don't know where it is! The information he (john) shares in this set could take one years to discover on their own, cost thousands to combine the data from many different speciality books and periodicals, and even then, you may run the chance of missing some very important information if you have felt the need to now enhance and move forward with your own sixth sense. Once again, let me say... you do not need to be a practicing, nor a professional psychic to utilize this set. It is awesome for personal development. He ends the 6th tape with what else... ethics & compassion skills. I partcicpated in one of Mr Edwards workshops, and attended one of his lectures, I would expect nothing less from this Earth bound angel. Thank you John... You are changing the face of the psychic arts! You are...a groundbreaker. I think that once you take a listen to this audio program, you will see exactly what I mean. I can't wait to read the other reviews on this product.

I'll make this simple for those who are thinking about buying this.

IF you believe in such things it will be a wonderful and empowering experience, if you do not, you might as well not waste your money. If your not sure but are opened to the idea, then this may or may not be a good buy.

No amount of training can teach someone to be "psychic" or anything else if they are against the idea to begin with. IF they are not against the idea and if in fact they have a desire to learn about such things, this tape set can provide a powerful experience.

Let me explain. I for one believe in psychic powers. I got the tapes. I had a powerful experience on the first and third tapes (and those are the only one's I've listened to so far, as I try to listen to one a day and have only had the set for three days). The first meditational experience I saw a bright light flash. I may have just been imaging it, but for me it was one of those things that made me go WOW!!

The third tape had me in tears by the end of the second exercise on the back. I won't give away what exactly happened, because it was a very personal experience, but I will say it was powerful for me. I am a guy and I was crying. Call me weak, call me vulnerable, call me what you want, but as a student, and I do stress student as I'm not a professional anything, of psychology I can tell you I believe more now then what I ever did.

I've NEVER wrote a review before and I don't plan on writing many more, but John Edward, fake or not, has made me feel 100% better and more alive in 3 days then anyone else ever has. I will probably listen to these tapes over and over and continue to do the meditation exercises night after night on the tapes.

MMmmm, more comments to add. Since the beginning of John Edwards series, Crossing Over, the emails and calls at our office have become astounding with letters from people interested in developing their intuitive skills.

Often the person writing the letter or phoning is a bit out of sorts. Trying to figure out and deal with symptoms of being "psychic". Unfortunatly there is no way that we can help each and every person in need of guidance on a personal level...we now send a link to this page to every letter we receive on the topic.

I was lucky enough to have a teacher to help me on my path. That is hard to find. Someone that will walk you through different concepts and theories. My training period, was over 3 years! And in all honesty, I still learn to this day.

There are several signs of sensitivity (being psychic) as I see it. If you feel you are experiencing them without aid or assistance from someone more vested in knowledge of the psychic arts, it can become agonizing. This tape set gives you extraordinary amounts of information on how to handle, exercise, and enhance your psychic powers! Actually there is a good 2 years worth of one on one training in this formatted set.

Now not everyone is gonna run out and set up a table somewhere, providing psychic readings. But even if you have precognitive dreams, occasional premonitions, if you seem to pick up on other peoples energies, or moods...this tape set is still well worth the investment. John offers great techniques in the tapes, he keeps the info easy to understand, whether you are 12 or 90.

I purchased these tapes several months ago and have followed them very closely. Not only have I experienced greater relaxation, I have experienced more awareness of myself and my emotions. John's voice is easy to listen to which makes the relaxation techniques very pleasant to follow. It is great to actually to know what he looks like because when you are one on one on the tapes, it is very easy to visualize him walking you through the exercises. John is a gift to this earth and we should appreciate him for how precious his words really are. If you buy these tapes, you will not be disappointed, you'll be enriched for years to come.

Well, I hate to be the wet blanket who gives this production less than glowing reviews, but here goes: I am a loyal fan of Crossing Over and am tremendously impressed by John Edward's ability. However, I've got to say that I find this 6-volume cassette compilation filled with way too much fluff: the first side of each of the cassettes uses up only about 1/2 of the tape. You then must fast forward through the remaining 1/2 of blank tape, and flip it over to the second side, where the practical exercises begin. This is wasteful and a pain. My best estimate is that the entire set could easily have been condensed into two - perhaps three - tapes total. To you, the consumer, it means that you've just spent a whole lot more money than actually necessary on blank and worthless tape. Tapes 3 and 4 do contain fairly valuable information and follow-up exercises. Tapes 1, 2, 5 and 6 provide some interesting background and John's personal anecdotes, but probably not much use to anyone who has a reasonable grounding in subjects psychic. For the sake of Tapes 3 and 4, the investment was not a total loss, but a costly enterprise nevertheless.

But... it has the same information on it as the unleashing your psycic powers and, the angle and guide tapes. So if you don't have the other two, this is a three in one.

It's like John Edward has turned the light on for me.
Prior to having the tapes, I was not aware of my spirit. I never took time for myself. I never rested my physical body. I never took the time to be quiet.... and just listen.
I let the outside world decide what kind of a day I would have. Not anymore.
I can't put into words how wonderful the tapes are. They touched me in a place where words simply don't matter. It goes beyond that. I have found out that there is more to me than just my physical self. Much more and I have only begun on the journey that John Edward has shared on these tapes. Much of what I have gained is intangible, yet it is definitely there. No words can give them the justice they deserve.
I feel awake. Protected. Safe.
I highly recommend that you get them. Treasure them.
What is so wonderful is that when you listen to them once, you can go back and gleam something new again. Each time you listen, you are in a different place, so you hear the words on a different level. Again, these words don't express what I really want to say. Get the tapes. You will see what I mean.

After being completely engrossed in these tapes for a whole day, I've realised what a great medium and teacher John Edwards really is. His tapes are very simple and take you step by step through the whole process of meditating and also connecting with angels and guides. The meditation tape raised my spiritual awareness to a completely different level. His sedating voice takes you all the way through the meditation from lowering your breathing to start with, to visualising your own psychic room and then bringing you back again. The psychic defense tape shows you how affirmative thoughts can effect your life. John Edwards gives you some very good tips and excersises to help you do this. There are six tapes within this programme and i feel that each tapes helps to enlighten you in a different way. John Edward explains about different psychic tools you can use e.g. psychometry, crystal gazing and rune casting to name a few. The last tape in this pack is advice on how to conduct a psychic session. This was very helpful to me because he raises lots of issues concerning how you give the information you are receiving to the sitter These tapes are now invaluable to me as part of my continuous training to become more spiritual and also in my quest to be a psychic medium. I would highly recommend these to anyone who wants to enhance their level of spiritual awareness.

I will admit I LOVE psychic/metaphysical type CD programs and have purchased lots of them and really enjoy them all for what they offer. But this one is a cut above and truly fantastic. To begin with John Edward has a great voice, and a fun delivery style. He is obviously passionate about his work, loves what he is doing and it shows!!! I have been using the meditations on these CDs and they are amazing (I am sick of hearing everyone use the word amazing, but drat, it is the best word to describe this series!). Just take my word for it and buy this set and then devote some time everyday to it. You will be, ok, here I go again, AMAZED, at the results!

As an avid viewer of Crossing Over I have come to feel as though John is both a mentor and a friend(even though he doesn't know it!). I was quite impressed with this tape series! The meditations/visualizations were intense! I am a professional psychic and learned from this series and have been recommending it to my clients as well. John's style is open and easy to follow - I especially like his anecdotes! Keep up the good work John - you deserve a million stars (a million stars to "the boys" and Sandra, too!)
