There are alot of books about hypnosis, but none of them actually explain how and why it works. By understanding the how's and why's, I can understand the methods behind creating scripts or even the approaches I could take to better my own life.
This book is brief, but concise. I read it in one afternoon and then suggested that my mother read it as well. Great read. |
