I've wanted a DMC figure ever since I played the game for the first time and this one truly delivers. The details are spot on and really bring him to life. Rebellion and both Ebony and Ivory are very detailed for their scale and this is a definitely must have statue for any Devil May Cry fan.

If you're like me then you are a big fan of Capcom's Devil May Cry series of videogames, and in turn, an even bigger fan of DMC's flamboyant protagonist, Dante. If you are unsure about purchasing this figure/statue, let me tell you right now that Dante is worth whatever price you will pay for him. Kotobukiya has done such a masterful job on this sculpt that I don't think it will ever be topped. This is THE single best Dante to ever be fully-realized in vinyl form. From the small details in his jacket such as buttons, zippers, and belts, to the wonderful shading techniques laid over his crimson coat, Dante is a sight to behold. When I received mine and removed him from his (awesome) box, I didn't know whether he belonged on my bookshelf or in a museum! He is striking the perfect pose standing on top of a felled sand demon and pointing his weapon at the next unlucky target.

This beautiful statue also comes with two replaceable hands to switch his pose from gun-toting stud to sword-leaning stud. Also included are the aforementioned guns (named Ebony & Ivory) and of course his trademark sword, Rebellion! And to top it off he stands on an intricately detailed base featuring the poor sap that was mentioned earlier. Yes this is truly a masterpiece.

I cannot think of one negative thing to write about this statue - it is that good. I've had mine for several months now and I still find myself stopping in front of it soaking up all the little details, standing there like a deer in headlights. I really enjoy this piece and I think you will too. If you can get your hands on Dante, don't hesitate!
