5.0 out of 5 stars Wierd, but in a good way..., March 12, 2008

This review is from: Devil's Bride (Paperback)
The storyline and plot in this graphic novel was great because it was so well thought out and detailed. The subject matter is for older teens. I completely agree with the rating 16+ given on the book's cover. Part of the story could be uncomfortable to read (includes a young boy being raped though the imagery wasn't explicit), but it all ties into an elaborate love story and obsession between different couples so it's all worth it. Seyoung Kim's artwork is beautiful. If you enjoyed Boy Princess you'll love reading this manga series as well, even though it has EVEN MORE of a supernatural feel to it. But, those are my kind of books.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing yet frustrating!, May 1, 2011

First of all, the art was great. To some readers it might take some getting used to though. But it's absolutely beautiful. The story was captivating and interesting. I couldn't put it down! But there is a down side. There isn't a sequel yet and it does leave on a cliffhanger. I absolutely loved it, but it needs more.
