It was proven to be altering enzymes used by living organisms to carry out a multitude of essential processes. Fluorine, the most reactive element on the planet, is also the strongest free radical. Scientists in the 1930's and 1940's experimented with this element to create the most deadly nerve gasses, rocket fuel, and radioactive U235 for the bomb. As a wood preservative, rodentcide and insecticide, fluorine compounds are second to none. As an Orthodontist, I began investigating the increasingly prevalent lines and spots that I saw on the enamel of children. Like rings on a tree, they indicate excessive fluorine exposure. I started to ask the question, "How does fluorine cause these marks?" Chronic doses of fluoride, like arsenic and lead, accumulate in our bodies causing a blockage in the way cells breathe and leads to the malformation of collagen. Cancer, diabetes, thyroid and neurological disorders, hormonal imbalances, heart disease, arthritis and osteoporosis have all been linked to chronic fluoride ingestion. We are now exposed to increasing doses of fluoride from toothpaste, rinses, water, food, medicines, showering, bathing, and even the air that we breathe. Our environment has become a literal fluoride dumping ground. This book explores many chronic diseases that plague man today and looks at the scientists that connected these diseases to chronic exposures of fluoride.

I have been reading about the dangers of fluoride for a long time.

This book is packed with very specific fluoride info that I have not seen before,

and I'm only on page 28! This book is the result of a *lot* of research.

The book may seem short at only 268 pages, but the font is small, so there's

a lot here. Many surprises re fluoride in the environment and fluoride's toxicity.

Many footnotes and citations. Definitely a Keeper!

"The Devils Poison how fluoride is killing you," by Dean Murphy DDS is well worth the price of the book. As the print is small and subject matter is thoroughly covered,this book is not a light read. It not only details the various body systems that fluoride targets with it's poison, it also gives a detailed look at the chemical makeup of this gas. Fluoride is the lightest and most reactive of all elements on the Periodic Table. Because it will react with just about any element, you see numerous fluoride compounds, such as calcium fluoride, magnesium fluoride, aluminum fluoride, sodium fluoride, fluoroacetate, silicofluoride, hydrofluoric acid, the list is long. Some of these compounds, such a sodium fluoride are much more toxic than other compounds of fluoride. The book also gives the history of fluorides use by man.

Did you know you know that:

90% of the fluoride used in our drinking and bathing water is the extremely toxic silicofluoride. The remainder is sodium fluoride, These very toxic fluoride compounds increase the absorption of other extremely toxic substances, such as lead, aluminum, mercury, arsenic, and cadmium, which have been shown to cause numerological dysfunction.

The the most widely used chemotherapeutic drug for the treatment of cancer is fluorouracil?
