Wonderful, Inspiring, and very brief devotions for the deeper Christian Life
What a wonderful daily devotional book! Every sincere Christian can benefit from these short but powerful insights into the deeper spiritual life. Oswald Chambers always tends to get "right to the nitty-gritty" of the Spirit and Truth of authentic Christianity! Oh how Christians today need to learn and apply these most excellent principles. Not What I Expected
This book was not as detailed as another one of Chamber's book that I have. The better one is My Utmost For His Highest (vest pocket) ISBN # 1-59789-249-1.So check that one out first brfore you purchase this book.

I loved this book so much I purchased 2 more to share with two young/new Christians so we could study them together and not over load them with to much at one time. These daily devotions are great, and are great tools when working with new Christians. It is like having a daily lesson. I recommend this book to all. but if you are looking for a tool to help new Christians to grow this is the tool for you.Terry Sutton S.S.
