My son used to scream at the top of his lungs whenever we had to change him. Holding the wipes in my hand for a minute or two to warm them up didn't seem to help. Someone suggested that I get a wipe warmer. Boy am I glad I did. Now, he is more content and even laughs and smiles while being changed. I love the warmth of the wipes so I know he does too! Even though it's the travel version, we use it in the nursery and refill it as needed. If I want to take it with me, I can just unplug it and go. I highly recommend.

I can not rave enough about the Travel Wipe Warmer. Prior to using this product, I was given the Ultimate Wipes Warmer by Prince Lionheart Inc. My experience using the Ultimate Wipes Warmer was terrible. Whenever it was time for a diaper change and I used the Ultimate Wipes Warmer my son would cry because the wipes were still cold!!! As soon as you pulled out a wipe it would instantly get cold in 2 seconds, which doesn't give you enough time for one good wipe. You might as well use your hands to warm the wipe up then to use the Ultimate Wipes Warmer. Of course, I can not expect the wipes to be hot for various reasons (i.e. safety of the child) but the wipes could at least be luke warm. I quickly returned the item and purchased the TRAVEL WIPE WARMER strictly based on these reviews. Honestly, I had doubts and reservations about even purchasing this item based on my experience with the Ultimate Wipes Warmer. To my surprise, the Travel Wipe Warmer worked like a charm!!! The Travel Wipe Warmer is compact in size so you can conveniently fit it in your purse, diaper bag or car. Unlike the Ultimate Wipes Warmer which is larger in size. The product also comes with a car charger and electrical outlet. I just keep the Travel Wipe Warmer plugged in the outlet and use it at will. You can also unplug the product from the outlet and it will stay warm if you need to relocate somewhere in the house to do a diaper change. This product is ideal for trips and home use.

I am so grateful and happy that I did not hestitate in purchasing this item. The Travel Wipe Warmer has made diaper changes an enjoyable and happy time for both my son and I.

Mothers (and Fathers :0), I promise you that this item works. But don't listen to me, try it for yourself. I am not the type of person to even complete a product review but I was so thrilled with this product that I felt compelled.

DO NOT HESITATE TO PURCHASE THIS ITEM...IT IS A LIFE SAVER!!!

I originally bought this for the car but wound up using it in the house because it comes with an adapter. I liked it so much I kept this one over a full size warmer because it holds just the right amount of wipes before any dry out or get soaked on the bottom!! I just keep it on top of the tub of wipes and refill it as needed - on average every 2-3 days - depending on # of changes. And now I have 2 - the other in the car.

Although I do consider this a luxury, not a necessity, I love it! We live in an old, drafty house and even though our newborn daughter didn't seem to mind cold wipes, they bothered me. This unit sits on our changing table and works perfectly. The first several wipes are just the right temperature and always moist. I've never had a problem with wipes drying out, overheating or getting cold. I just refill the unit every few days. It does work in the car and it's great on long trips. However, when the unit is unplugged mine cools off rapidly. So, I don't bother to carry it in the diaper bag (but I probably wouldn't even if it did keep them warm). When plugged in with the ac adapter the plug buzzes audibly (transformer? heating element?), but we're used to that. This warmer is absolutely maintenance free (aside from refilling the wipes). Don't waste your time and money on those other units. This one is wonderful.

This isn't a nessecity but it sure was nice to have bc my daughter screamed at the top of her lungs whenever we wiped her behind with a regular baby wipe. After we put it in the warmer she didn't scream, so I think it was actually soothing to her to have her butt wiped when the wipe was warm. The only problem is, is that the case is pretty heavy to carry in a diaper bag. It does it's job well though, keeps em' warm. It works in the car too which is good bc we take a lot of road trips out of state. I like this product bc i clean my face with baby wipes so it is sort of getting a facial after the wipe is warm lol!!!

I bought the Lion Heart wipewarmer too and its true by the time you get it on your child's bottom; its cold. This one stays warm by the time you wipe your child's bottom. It's so convenience where you can leave it in your house and you can take it with you in the car to keep the wipes warm on those cold days!:) Every once in a while I take a little dixie cup with tap water & pour it on top of the wipes that are in the warmer to keep the wipes moist & the water keeps the wipes really warm.

It's so easy to disconnect & connect!:)

I'm a mom of three and I highly recommend this product to all the moms out there!

The problem i had with my newborn was that as soon as a cold wipe touched his bottom he would begin to sprinkle on me. He also started to cry. obviously he did not like cold wipes. After i recieved this warmer i no longer got wet. yes it did not heat the wipes to hot but it was comfortable for my son. yes about the last two wipes got dried out but i learned to just leave those two in there and the other diapers were fine. its also very convinient i could use it in the house as well as the car. i really would recommend this item.

This product is definitely not a neccessity. The wipes stay warm once unplugged for about an hour only, and it's way too big for a travel case. There is also a too-long cord that hangs off of the case, it's really annoying. It would have made more sense to have it unplug directly from the case.

I'm quite pleased with this warmer. We bought three of them: one for upstairs, one for downstairs, and one for the car. We've had them for 18 months now, and we're quite pleased with them. We only use them in the cold months, when the coldness of unwarmed wipes seems to make my son dread diaper changes. And I can tell a marked difference in his emotional state surrounding diaper changes when the wipes are warm.

I love that the warmers are small and portable, and I certainly wouldn't buy a bigger one. However, I ended up donating the one I bought for the car. It only heats when the car is running, of course, but I hadn't thought of that when I bought it. The car wipes were never warm when I needed them, so it didn't make sense for us to keep a warmer in the car. It was easier to warm them up by holding them in my hands or blowing on them.

The only negative that I have for the warmer is that it is a little difficult to open with one hand (which is sometimes necessary). However, I think the same design that makes it difficult to open with one hand is the design that keeps the wipes wet and warm. The wipes stay moist without drying out. And the warmer does a good job of keeping the wipes warm. None of the wipes will be hot, but they'll be much warmer than what you can accomplish with your hands. The wipes will get much hotter if you toss a towel or something over the warmer, which I discovered by accident. I'm not comfortable advocating that as a safe thing to do, and I'm sure the manufacturer wouldn't recommend that either. But I figured I'd pass on the information just the same.

I just bought this yesterday for my six-month-old son. His diaper area was getting red and irritated and his pediatrician said that the combination of wearing a diaper all the time and cold wipes was causing the redness (he's always had sensitive skin). I also bought the everfresh pillows that are used with the Prince Lionheart wipe warmer and use them in the travel size version (they fit perfectly though it doesn't say they're okay to use but I figure it's fine). Using the pillows probably mean I can fit less wipes in it but it's no trouble to refill it! It works great! I simply fill it with wipes from the big refill packs we use and when it comes time for diaper changes they're the perfect warmth. He actually smiles now during his diaper changes! The warm wipes also work great for wiping off sticky fingers and faces with baby food smeared all over! He used to screach when I'd wipe his face after meals but now he doesn't mind at all! The best baby gadget I've bought (and I've bought alot!). I'll definitely be saving it for the next baby and only wish I'd had it when my son was a newborn and screamed during the middle of the night changes!
