This stuff makes me feel 10 years younger (maybe more). But I get REALLY angry when I am on it. I was taking 1 a day. I needed to go down to 1 every 3 days.

I'm a bit sceptic about supplements, I suppose sometimes the placebo effect is stronger than the real one.
But nevertheless, I use CoQ10, Gingko Biloba and DHEA from Swanson, and I could tell that I feel more energized and mentally strong. I don't care if it's the placebo effect or anything else, as long as I pay such low prices for these things.
I would recommend you to take this combination if you work with your brain - it could help you be more productive.
If you are into supplements a lot, I recommend a good book that will tell you why you should take a handful of supplements 3 times a day to keep you brain and body healthy for longer:

Good that you could buy them here easily and cheaply. Just don't go into extremes.

I took this after reading that people with ADD typically have low levels of DHEA in their blood. I took this and noticed a difference on the first day. It was easier to concentrate and get things done.

been taking this for a couple weeks now and it seems to be improving my mood. Im substantially more positive then in recent weeks and helps with my get-up-and- go. So far so good!

Update: This stuff is impressive. My short term memory is getting better and better each week. I dont forget tasks that im supposed to do. I almost never lose anything like keys, paperwork.

February 16 will be 4 years ago that I had a VERY BAD stroke. I have only been taking this for one week - but I am feeling a very positive memory recovery already. I am very glad that this is from Swanson. Excellent product at very good price...

Another good product from Swanson. Have heard negative things about this product however I have not experienced any of the side effects from using this produc which are causing concern to make the legislators want to regulate this product as a steroid.

Within a week of taking the stuff, I started feeling that aggressive feeling, that you feel only when you are younger. I'm 44. At the time I was wondering WTH is going on, then I remembered I was taking this stuff to gain muscle, I forgot about the other things that came along w/ the higher testosterone levels. It does work, I have not made big gains in the muscle department(my fault) but I definitely have raised my testosterone w/ this stuff. Older guys/1st time users, be prepared, you will have a shorter temper in situations, similar to when you were younger, then you'll realize it's the product actually working and you'll get a laugh out of it. *Start off w/ 1 cap a day for the first week, then move it up to 2 pills per day, taking both at night right before bed, a few hours after eating. seems to have the best effect for me. I also recommend taking for 3 weeks, then off for 1 weeks. This keeps your body's tissue more sensitive to the testosterone, when levels are elevated. VERY HAPPY W/ PRODUCT QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE!! Now I better start hitting the weights or I won't gain anything.

Swanson always offer great products at a great price. But if you are a guy, you should take 7-Keto-Dhea. No femenine side effect there.

I've taken DHEA from Vitaminshoppe but Swanson seems to have better overall results or maybe it is the cumulative effect? But overall, Im very satisfied - more energy and an enhanced feeling of well being.
