Comment: This book has already been loved by someone else. It MIGHT have some wear and tear on the edges, have some markings in it, or be an ex-library book. Over-all it is still a good book at a great price! (if it is supposed to contain a CD or access code, that may be missing)

This book has got to be one of the best Diabetic cookbooks I've come across. Other recipes from other cookbooks are missing flavour and the texture of the foods is not quite the same. In this book though the recipes are as delicious to read as to eat! A couple of our favourites so far are the recipes for meatballs (I've already made several dozen for freezing and this is great for quick easy meals) and we tried the Sweet and Sour recipe - YUM! There is a Blueberry Strusel recipe that turned out wonderfully and even the non-diabetics in our family liked this dessert!

I first borrowed this book from the library right after my husband was diagnosed with diabetes. Out of the 5 books I borrowed this was the best. Real family pleasing meals. I have given it to at least 4 other friend and families when a diagnosis of diabetes is received. Everyone of them loves the ease of using these recipes for their taste and for the nutritional information provided.
