I am just diagnosed as a diabetic and this is a hard book to digest. I did not find the step by step I was expecting as a amateur, dummy. Someone else would probably benefit more.

Having just been diagnosed with this disease, I appreciated this handy, easy to carry version of the larger book. It is FULL of informaiton in an easy to read and understand format. Just what this "Dummie" needed!
