Unbelievably incompetent,

More than a year ago I tried to subscribe to this magazine. After 3 months of waiting I contacted Amazon about my "non-subscription" status. They looked into it and cancelled it for me, which was fine with me. Well, now after more than a year I get a renewal letter for my "second year" of a magazine I never received in the first place. The Publisher/Editor-in-Chief, Nadia Al-Samarrie, should do her homework before sending out renewals, especially on a subscription that was never received in the first place. I DO NOT NOW AND NEVER WILL SUBSCRIBE TO THIS MAGAZINE!!!!!
