My mother was recently diagnosed with Diabetes. It really got us by surprised. This book is helping her (and mostly us)to understand and deal with all that is going on for my 73 years old mom.
Besides, it has put in perspective how many bad food habits we have had as a family over the years. So we all (even my nephew of 11 years) are learning to live and eat healthier. The best: it was written in Spanish!!! So really helpful.
