5.0 out of 5 stars Healthy, great-tasting munchies!, April 7, 1999
By A Customer
These munchies are not just for diabetics, they're for anyone who likes to snack on healthy foods. I especially enjoyed the Apricot Kuchen - I love apricot desserts! The recipes are very easy to prepare - and quick too.

This book is wonderful!. I was a notoriously bad dieter, which makes being diabetic even harder. This book shows servings sizes, exchanges, and is extremely easy to read and follow. The author manages to drastically cut the fat content of food without sacrificing taste and quality. The book has so many easy and tasty recipes in it that I have actually managed to turn around my eating habits. I would highly recommend this book to anyone - even a skeptic like me! Thank you Ruth Glick... I am forever grateful!

4.0 out of 5 stars The Diabetes Snack Munch nibble Nosh Book, September 10, 2001

Subject Index: Appetizers, Baked Goods, Beverages, Desserts, Dips and Spreads, Kids, Mushrooms, Pesto, Pizza, Popcorn, Potatoes, Poultry, Rice, Salads, Sandwiches, Seafood, Soups, Spreads, Stuffing, Tomatoes, and Vegetables.

When I ordered this book I thought I was getting a book of snacks only, like little desserts, appetizers and such. I ordered at the same time Mr. Food's Quick & Easy Diabetic Cooking for "other than snack foods." I did not really need to order both books, so I thought I'd give you the index for the Snack book so you are able to judge for yourself what you need.
This Snack book is easy to read.
