For the price this is a perfect product for what I needed. My husband and I travel a lot and I wanted something besides a bracelet to wear on the airline. Big enough to fit over my head so I don't have to worry about a snap or attachment coming apart and losing it in the bustle/shuffle of an airport. Conveniently has a medical history/info card that fits into any wallet. While you could make one of those yourself, it's a nice addition to the necklace. Would recommend for anyone looking for an alternate or cheaper version of a diabetic bracelet.

Its just like all the others I have had my whole life. And thats just the way I like it.

This is no light weight piece of fluff. The stainless steel has some heft to it, and is solidly constructed. The chain has no clasp to break and the links are also solidly constructed. The word 'diabetes' on the back could have been struck a little bit deeper, but it is certainly readable. The font is big enough to see easily if a medical professional needs to know.... god forbid.....
I have a big head, and the chain fits over it easily. I wear this daily as I do my errands, and most times just forget that it is there and end up sleeping in it as well.
It is comfortable, solid, and well made. It's also reasonably priced. So far this item has lasted a few months with no sign of damage, or even much wear and tear. I expect that if I need to replace it sometime later in the year, or next year, that'll be a pretty good run for the price. So far there is no sign that it will need replacing any time soon.

Its simple and serves its purpose but the red part of the logo which is a plastic overlay came off after a few months. It still has diabetic engraved on the back so it still serves its purpose but I plan on replacing it with one that is more noticable with the red logo...
