Indications
Temporarily relieves cough. Helps loosen phlegm (mucus) and thin bronchial secretions to rid bronchial passageways of bothersome mucus.

Ingredients
Active Ingredients (in each 5 ml): Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (10 mg), Guaifenesin (200 mg). Inactive Ingredients: Acesulfame K, Artificial Flavors, Aspartame, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Menthol, Methylparaben, PEG, Potassium Sorbate, and Purified Water. May Contain Citric Acid to Adjust pH.

Directions
Take every 4 hours. Do not exceed 6 doses in 24 hours. Adults & Children 12 Years & Over: 10 ml (2 teaspoonfuls). Children Under 12 Years of Age: Ask a doctor. Store at room temperature 68-77 degrees F (20-25 degrees C). Keep tightly closed.

when i received it, the box was smashed ,and half the paper was ripped off , and the seal was broken, i asked my doctor if i should take it , he said NO, BECAUSE IT SHOULD BE FDA APPROVED, THERE WAS NO EXPIRATION DATE IF I REMEMBER , BECAUSE I CALLED THE COMPANY I PURCHASED IT FROM AND TOLD THEM I WISH TO SEND IT BACK AND THEY SAID IF YOU SEND US $5.00 , SO I CALLED AMAZON AND THEY SETTLED IT . I RECEIVED THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE BACK FROM AMAZON , AMAZON STANDS BEHIND THERE PRODUCT 110%
