This cream is very effective especially for those who are diabetic and work out in gyms. I used it and it gave me relief very quickly from a nagging big toe pain.

I tried this on my diabetic mom's toenails that were in a very bad condition due to uncontrolled diabetes that leaded to complications overtime. The new toenails grew healthy and normal. We never had such quick and effective results with other products. It is true that it states "not effective on the scalp or nails" but I guess this means that, for some reason, it won't be effective if used on HAND's nails not toenails.
