I used to get blood sugar rushes daily, especially after a few hours up in the morning, before starting to take this product. Diachrome is something I take every AM. It has made a difference in my carb type cravings too.

I think this over the counter medicine is the best there is. Considering the price of what physicians prescribe for their diabetic patients, I highly recommend this for diabetics who are Type 2, who are being regulated by diet and exercise. Before I purchased this product did some research on the ingredients: "Chromium Picolinate" in Google and found lot of good articles. After being convinced, started using for the last 2 weeks and feel that the Sugar levels are under control.
