Veteran retired US Navy Officer Albert Petty is in his third career as a Published Author, (under the name Al Petty). After 22 years in the Navy and 24 very busy years in the San Francisco civilian waterfront industry, Al and his lovely wife Mavis took an early retirement after raising their four children and moved from sunny California to sunnier Arizona in 2000. They also have two grandsons.
With his newfound free time, Al sat down and completed one of two books he had been working on and after a time had the first published. This is a thrilling, crime solving mystery novel called: "Dial 1 (800) Rewards". There is a different from ordinary twist to the plot. A short while later he completed and had his second book published. It is called: "The Little Love Book for Husbands and Wives". This has been called "The Ultimate Marriage Manual". Al has over 50 years married to the same wife to qualify him to give advice to help couples stay together for a lifetime of happiness, both inside and outside the bedroom.
Al has now completed and published his third book. It is a cook book for guys who suddenly have to cook all the family meals due to having lost their cook for one reason or another. It is entitled "Easy Recipes For Guys Who Have To Cook". If you are guy in this situation, this book is will be a Godsend to you.
After these books he had a song published that he had written many years ago for Mavis entitled: "My Crazy Dream". This is a Country/Blues Ballad sung by female vocalist Kathy Rider. A new slant on a Murder Mystery,

This book has a new slant on solving murder cases. The story involves a very wealthy man who has his family brutally murdered. Not satisfied with the progress the police are having in solving the case, he desides to put his own money and efforts into catching those who commited the crime.He not only sets up his own crime fighting center using his own money,he goes in search of the monsters who commited these evil killings. Watch out! The author holds back nothing when he describes what happened to victims of this crime. He uses tough, realistic language to tell his story. I think the story line could make a great movie or TV searies. Love is Eternal
