Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Dial Corp. 37811 Zout Stain Remover
love the product very much. It is the only stain remover that actually works. I would highly recommend it to anyone,it is great.
I found a very small bottle of Zout one time at a Dollar Tree store and ever since I bought that little bottle,I could never find another one till I found it on the internet. Whoever invented Zout,I would like to thank them personally for creating a five star product. Please do not ever stop making this product.

seems to work as well as, maybe better than most - but we have an infant, and it is NOT effective on the baby poop, even when sprayed, allowed to stand as directed and washed immediately. washed items 2-4 times using the spray each time before drying - and no luck :o(. but it does seem to work on everything else...just don't expect a miracle!

Really Works - Even on Old Stains,
By Charles G. "An Engineer and Business Person" (San Francisco, CA USA) - See all my reviews (VINE VOICE)
This review is from: Dial Corp. 37811 Zout Stain Remover
I had a brand new shirt that I wore to dinner and then hung back up without washing. The next time I went to wear it about 6 weeks later, I noticed a small, but noticeable grease stain on the front of it.
I tried Spray and Wash, and Tide detergent, twice, but the stain just laughed at it. Next I tried Oxy Clean in a washing machine, which lightened the stain but it was still definitely noticeable. I had forgotten that an ex girl friend had gotten me to buy Zout: she said her mother swore by it. I found it and figured the shirt was a goner, so I had nothing to lose. I put a few drops on, put my thumb on the back of the part with the stain and finger on the front and rubbed for about 30 seconds, fairly hard, as instructed. I let it sit for ten minutes and then hand washed it with a little tide. I figured I would try doing this twice, but the stain came completely out on the first try! The ex girlfriend's mom was right! The now 8 week stain was completely gone. Note: don't ever apply heat to a stain. With all of those tries, I had never put the shirt in the dryer. Perhaps Zout still would have worked anyway, but if you can avoid doing it, you'll have an easier time removing it.
