I set up the blades and used them for over 6 months. First, the hub comes with a tapered hole, which if you have a lathe this is not a problem.

Second they are hollow and must be protected against moisture entering the cavity of each blade. Water proof (Not just 'water resistant') coating must be applied. Mine was destroyed when heavy rains got into one blade and unbalanced the whole wind generator. Vibration and high speed broke shaft. The blades were found in the field behind house, all broken from 50 foot tower! Fill with foam or coat with mentioned water proofing.

Carefully weigh each blade for exact same weight.

Tips are about 97.625 inches from each end. Get them exactly 120 degrees apart

These blades are made for a high wind area.

I bought these blades 3 or 4 years ago from the same seller. They've been holding up strong ever since the day I first received them and they are always spinning. I have them on a Wind blue PMA.
