I was never able to even fully install this card. The installation script would always hang at the same point in the middle of the install. Althought the appearance of support is provided, there is actually absolutely no support provided by Diamond (manufacturer). There is one of those "do not return to store" notes in the box but calling the number provided just resulted in them promising to call back which they never did. In their website there was a way to open a trouble ticket but it was never followed up by them, mine was still in "Not Viewed" state some 4 weeks later. All in all, I do not recommend anyone buys this product.

Diamond receives bad rap for decent card,
This review is from: Diamond AIWHD3650 All-in-Wonder ATI Radeon HD 3650 PCIE 512MB GDDR2 Video Card (Personal Computers)
This card gave me a real problem installing into Windows Media Center on Windows 7 professional. After all the smoke clears it turns out WMC has a problem when the setup gets to the point where it says during the setup up of tv signals in the settings area of WMC, that WMC is "detecting tv signals". What happens is the flawed software NEVER DETECTS THE SIGNALS, there is no actual problem the software is no good. The set up program will lock up or worse at this point. Yes I said it! WMC set up is no good at this point. The video card looks flawed or that there are no signals, but this is not true. This problem occurs with the Hauppauge 2250 also. So common sense tells us that two video cards are not bad Microsoft has screwed this up!
DO NOT LET WINDOWS MEDIA CENTER EVER TRY TO DETECT A TV SIGNAL, hit the cancel button before it starts. The Hauppauge 2250 documentation will warn you about this the Diamond All in Wonder docs. will not warn the user. There is nothing wrong with this Card or the Hauppauge 2250, its all windows. So hopefully others can avoid this problem thanks to good Hauppauge documentation we can all enjoy Windows Media Center on Windows 7 Pro., with either of these two video cards or any other card that may be caught by this snare. I now have both cards installed in my computer, both the Hauppauge, and the Diamond All in Wonder video capture cards, so I can record up to three programs at a time. To others good luck, and I hope this problem can be avoided by all who might encounter it.

This product is the only one of its kind on the market... it's good for TV, though I'd wish the graphic memory was faster (motherboard permitting). The video RAM size is ok... but the speed of the graphic memory is the real choking point. Nothing to really complain about though. It does what it promised, with a few rare lags due to memory speed deficiencies... but like I said, it's rare.
