Lesson learned again. You get what you pay for. This bracelet is pure garbage. The clasp was so tiny it was almost unusable without the aid of a loop and tweezers.
This was a gift that in the first day the clasp spring broke. Rather than send it back, I took it to a jewler and had a larger, usable clasp replaced for less money than sending it back. Great news, right? No. If that were not enough, one diamond popped out yesterday and today it fell apart in two pieces! When I contacted customer support about the clasp it took 2 days for them to say they would give me [...] off another purchase. Just what I need more garbage from [...] for less money. I gave them the opportunity to make things right and they said no. I told them if they dont, I would publish this honest review. They said they understand. So, here it is. Save your money and spend a little bit more with a decent vendor. |
