Let me be frank and state up front that I had absolutely no idea about the how's, what's, and if's regarding diamond jewelry prior to researching and landing on Amcor Designs website [via Amazon]. I am thoroughly pleased and impressed with the customer service, the merchandize and the entire experience overall considering that this purchase was made, "sight unseen". To provide some specific feedback please see my bullet points below:The ring(s) - overall I found the design based on the photos here and on Amcor's website to be exactly what I was looking for and the extra bonus is that I was able to purchase the engagement ring along with the wedding band which suited my budget nicely. Size/Cut/Clarity - the ring I received was actually BETTER than advertised; I plan on getting it appraised locally however I feel confident that it will align with the documentation I received from Amcor. Shipping/Packaging - I know this is more of a personal gripe but I'm not a fan of the `branded' ring box that comes from any major jewelry retailer [i.e. Zale's, Helzberg, etc] I ended up trashing the boxes my fiancés rings came in and purchased a flat black felt box at the mall. Amcor sent the rings via USPS [with delivery confirmation] in a timely fashion [was quoted 3-5 days and received rings on third day AFTER order] in an inconspicuous box which I was very pleased with considering the contents. Cost - overall for what you're getting you simply can not beat Amcor price, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction. I did my due dilegence ahead of time and called/emailed their customer service to advise them of the specific size I needed. Communication - Amcor's customer service folks promptly answered my phone call and also quiclly responded to my email after I decided on and made the purchase. Overall I will definetly seek out this vendor in the future for any/all of my jewlery needs. |
