I tried this Profile wheel to do some bull-nosing on my own. Ok I purchase this wheel and started to work. Well the wheel could not go through tile because the blade was to rough. I called Tool Planet and they know how to use the blade. The blade was way to rough. So I call a company that specialized in ceramic tile tools. Talk to them about the problem I was having they explained the correct diamond bull nose blade to use and purchased 1 from the ceramic tile tool company. What a difference. I sent back the tool planet blade for a refund.

This blade seems fine for creating a nice bullnose on travertine in my bathroom, but it is very difficult to do with my midrange tile saw due to the varying thickness of the real stone tiles.
It also takes a long time, which of course is expected since you are grinding away lots of material.
So far, the wheel held up nicely and I must have done about 30 feet of bullnose. This may just last the entire job (about 20 more feet to go).

used for putting bullnose on some marble. Takes some practice but definitely works. Still requires some polishing to make it perfect but much more uniform than just wet or dry grinding. Will fit a 10 inch wet saw easily. Just take several pieces to determine how you want your edge to look
