Honestly, I was a bit skeptical on ordering nuts online. Mainly for fear they would not be as fresh AND they would be broken via the shipping process. I am a baker year round and quality is of highest inportance to me. I am THRILLED to tell anyone else with these concerns, these nuts not only arrived quite fresh with a long expire date but so well packaged, breakage was of normal expectation, quite minimal, no more than if you picked them from a shelf at a grocery. Even though I chose free shipping, which can take a bit longer, they arrived in no time at all. I will not hesitate to continue ordering my baking needs from Amazon.com.

OK, I have to admit that I was leery about ordering nuts online since I'd never ordered any food item online before. Amazon dispelled any doubts I had. First of all, they're Diamond - can't go wrong there, plus they're good for you. Not only did they arrive quicker than I thought (with free shipping), they were fresh (long expiration date), came in a resealable bag, and not a single one was broken. Toss in the facts they taste great and come at a great price and it's a no-brainer. Thanks, Amazon!

I have never ordered anything such as this online. I was surprised that the nuts arrived in about half as much time as the site said it would take. I will consider ordering again once I have used these up. The walnuts were so fresh and nice, not all broken up, as some have been when I have purchased them at the grocery store.

Theres are awesome Quality nuts and Deserve 5 stars! But I get them for ALOT less at Sams club,They cost ten dollars and something there,They are close to 11.00 per 3 pound bag.That's 22.00 for 6 pounds Plus Tax

I received this product 4 days after I ordered it by regular mail.
The walnuts arrived fresh in a resealable bag and they taste as good
as a walnut should. I give it 5 stars for freshness and taste but
the walnuts in all 6 bags that I received were more like "pieces"
than complete "Halves".

I will never buy shelled walnuts in the store anymore. This is the best way to do it. Best value and so convenient. Thanks.

Hurrah, I had walnuts in my oatmeal this morning. These walnuts are fresh & delicious and full of Omega3 oils. Just what my doctors ordered to get my LDL cholestrol in line. Cheaper ( with free shipping ) than I can buy in the U.P. of Michigan.

It is fun to buy stuff from California even though I no longer live there.
