Amazon has shown this card as In Stock for at least a week, yet as of 11/30/07, they still don't actually have any. They changed my estimated ship date twice before finally sending out a note saying it hasn't been released yet. I complained to Customer Service, only to be brushed off with the usual canned reply.

It's a great midrange video card. Order it elsewhere if you want predictable delivery.

This is the best video card for sub $200. This is the bang for the buck. Vista Aero and gaming rating is at maximum (5.9). Runs NFS Carbon: 1200x1600, maximum details, and AF/on and AA=2x @ 40FPS. Very stable, low power utilization but a little bit hot on load (80°C); the VC fan speeds up when the temp reaches 80°C which is late. I think they set it like this to make the VC very quit on idle. I am very happy to own this card!

For the price range, you won't find a better deal, close to it is the 8600GT, which gives less than half of this card's performance, there's the 8800GT 256MB also, but sold for 40$ more.

If you don't game above a 1600x1200 resolution, or don't use above 4xAA at 1280x960, then this is the card for you.

Diamond manufactures cards for ATi 100% to reference, so there is a very basic bundle with this card, no bonus games, or programs, but it's the only one that was available with Free Super Saver at the time of my purchase.
