Sunny is a romance novelist who lives with her two cousins, Jojo and Ellen. Sunny doesn't have much of a life. She has a daily date with Patrick, an ex, at the pub every Thursday night. Her publisher wants her to make her books more romantic and exciting and her cousins are getting on her nerves, and she's deathly afraid of her mother and aunts.Sunny starts a new book, and all of a sudden she meets this unbelievable Italian count, who is crazy about her. Throw in a knicker snatcher terrorizing the building, wacky neighbors, a nun whose run away from the convent, a reality show starring Patrick doing up the garden in Sunny's building, and you've got a fantastic book! One of the things I love about this book is that it made me laugh out loud. Those are the best stories of all. The camaraderie of the cousins is another thing to admire. The heart of the book is the dialogues. They are witty and fresh. This book meshes everything together so well, you can't help but root for Sunny and her cousins, wonder who is the knicker snatcher, why did Sunny and Patrick break up, and is the dreamy Italian count Fabio for real?
