Hi! Although it is a compilation when released "Diamonds" had three new tracks. The CD also had 4 bonus maxi versions. It is a must buy for any C.C.Catch fan. All songs are classics but not as good as the songs from the fantastic album "Hear What I Say" in which C.C. also co-wrote some of the songs.

CC Catch is very weird...80's German discopop that would NOT have been popular in the US (sorry!) so it is weird that a native american would love it so much! :)
It is SO hard to explain CC Catch to people that just haven't heard her, it sounds german, and poppy and euro all at the same time, while combining Dieter Bohlen (of the great group MODERN TALKING)'s strange english lyrics. For instance, there is a song called "Don't Shoot My Sheriff Tonight"....huh? :) This makes NO sense in english! There are other strange combos of songs that make no sense, but the music makes it fun though!!!
This is a greatest hits compilation, but I would've loved to see her song "Lucky Star" on here, it is a great song! Standout tracks on this cd are "Strangers By Night" "House of Mystic Lights" "Cause We are Young" and many more. This is a fun compilation, and I wouldn't skip too much here! :)

Fun, light music that doesn't delve much into the psychology of music or deep emotions, just feel good German Pop!
Pick this one up as well as Modern Talking cds!!!
