Directions
Apply to wet skin using gloves in the shower. Rub 10 pumps of product onto shoulders, arms, bust and back, same as tummy, lower back, derriere and thighs, same amount onto knees, backs of legs, calves and feet. Count to sixty, keep working product into the skin. Rinse off and pat dry. May be used every day for more color.

I've tried 5-6 different types of self-tanners before, and have never really been pleased. I find the color is unnatural, the look ends up streaky/blotchy, and it fades strangely, with splotches at my elbows, knees, etc. I have medium-toned skin but can be pale in winter.
I was skeptical when I tried this, because the process is different than other self tanners (you put it all over while wet after shower, wear their included gloves and leave on for 60 seconds. It looks really, really dark while it sits on your skin, then you wash it off). Anyway, after trying it once, I absolutely loved the color and effect. Subtle tan, like I spent an afternoon in the sun. I used it again the next day and loved the cumulative effect. Best of all, no streakiness, no lines (e.g. at the neck) where the product color stops, and just enough natural color to look healthy, like I spent a day at the beach, but not super tan or orange. Added plus - it smells awesome, like chocolate, and not that funny self tanner smell that sticks with you. I was also able to towel off, apply lotion and get dressed right away after using it with no clothes or towel rub off.
I read some of the negative reviews, and I think this is probably just not the right product for people who want to be dark, or who religiously use self tanner most days; it adds more of a natural glow but I wouldn't say you're "tan." I suppose it might get someone much darker if you used it many days in a row, but I haven't tried this because it's not my preference.
Net/net: Definitely worth a try if you're looking for natural looking color. I bought for me, and I just bought for my friend for her birthday (who is very pale). 5 stars!

I have very pale skin with a number of non pigmented areas due to sun damage over the years and this product adds colour without making these areas too dark as other tanners do. I like that the colour is very subtle and doesn't look orange. The biggest bonus in that it doesn't stink. All other tanning products that I have tried reek for days afterwards particularly if you exercise and sweat - this one doesn't smell at all - perfect!! I would recommend it to anyone who has pale skin and just wants subtle colour - this is not for someone who wants to look like they've spent a week on the beach.

I'm absolutely in love with this self-tanner! I have pale skin and for the first time in my life I have a naturally, healthy, glowing faux tan. I use it every other day in the shower and my entire body is sexy and tan. Tan fat looks better than white fat any day! I feel slimmer and sexier looking with it. Everyone thinks it is a real tan! I'm addicted to this product and can't imagine ever using another self-tanner. It really couldn't be easier. I turn the showe off -- rub it on in the shower when my conditioner is in my hair -- and then rinse it all off. Super easy! Thank you Diana B!

A bronzer it is NOT!!!!
I have used all sorts of self tanners from loreal tanning towels, sprays, lotions and professional spay-ons at the salon, and this is by far the biggest waste of money. Read more

This is really a great product, the tan is natural looking, subtle and streak free. Just rinse your shower after you use, so far it has not stained my tile (white) or the grout. Read more
