I like the boots very much, but I wish I had read the reviews first! They do run small and are quite snug around the calf. That said, I have been able to wear them with jeans and they may have stretched just a bit since I bought them. I would recommend buying these a half-size up.

these boots are very comfortable and fit true to size, I got them in brown and the color is perfect, they look very cute over a pair of skinny jeans, Amazon provided great service, I got them within a week.

I chose these boots because the calf measurement is small. I also wanted a flat boot made of leather. These boots fit the bill. These boots fit very well in the calf and are perfect with tights. I don't experience any gapping, which is really unusual for me. Most boots are way too wide in the calf for me to wear even with tucked in pants. The ones that aren't too wide still gap quite a bit when I wear them with dresses. If you don't have skinny legs, steer clear!

The only complaint I have is that these boots run kind of narrow in the toe area. I probably should have gotten a half size bigger. I didn't feel like exchanging them and I figure I can stretch them. I've worn them twice so far and they look very nice. They are also comfortable to walk in, notwithstanding the fact that they are narrow.

Beautiful boot, softest leather ever, doesn't even scratch when you try! The lining on the inside is soft and this boot is a steal. The calf is a little light so tucking in jeans is out of the question and the boot itself is snug. Get at least a 1/2 size larger if you would like to wear anything more than a nylon sock inside it.
