First of all, THESE BOOTS ARE NOT BROWN. The "Tundra" looks brown in the picture, but they are like an olive color; Much more green than brown, but it's still a nice color. You can look these boots up on other sites to see more of their true color. Second, the arch on the heel is extremely hard and uncomfortable and it hits more on my heel than in my arch. Wearing them too long would definitely leave aches and probably a bruise on the heel. I would guess getting a half size bigger would help them fit better in general. But leather does stretch, so maybe once they did, you could put a padded insole in. Other than that, the boots fit well. The opening is perfect; big enough to fit jeans in, but not too big to where they look baggy against your bare leg. Overall, these boots are adorable and I like the olive color, but they might not be worth the arch pain. I'm debating on sending them back. Hope this helps!

This is my first product review ever. These boots are extremely cheap looking and the materials are substadard. The first time I wore these boots was also the last. I could barely move my ankles due to the stiffness of the material and I bumped the toe of my right boot going up the steps and the "leather-like" material scraped right off. Please save your money there are quality out there for a much better price.

I disagree with the other reviews. First, the leather quality is great. I have lots of boots (a bootaholic!!)and wear these at least 3 times a week. I can wear them all day with no problem and I have a high arch and fibromyalgia that makes my feet hurt in general. Look adorable with leggings and skinny jeans and have also worn with a skirt and tights. Very happy with this purchase.

Leather was very rough and almost felt like thin crepe paper. I have never felt leather like this.
Shaft (calf area) was too tight for me to zip, I was only able to get them zipped maybe half way. I do have somewhat larger calves, but can wear most regular boots just fine as well as "extended calf" boots.
For those two reasons, I am returning these.

i got these boots during the after christmas sale so i at least got a little more discount than usual. They look good but thats where my positive feedback ends. The material feels very cheap on the inside and outside. They barely feel like leather. the sole isn't very sturdy, every time i take a step the heel pushes into my foot a little. Finally they were a little loose on my calves versus all the other boots i own, so they're only good for wearing pants. If i was at a store and I had been able to feel how cheap they were i would have never bought them.
