I used it a couple times when I was under water & another time around water splashing on us & no water entered the case.The only problem I had was the lens cover sometimes would slip & partially obscure the picture. Good quality picture were taken through this case & it protected my camera.

This underwater sleeve for your camera can't be beat for value! I was skeptical at first, but it has yet to let me down - the camera stays bone dry! I've only taken it down 15-20 feet or so, but no problems. For my specific camera, it was occasionally difficult to get the lens fitting into the lens protector, resulting in a few shots with the black ring in the foreground.It's easy to (above water) unscrew the lens protector to get perfect shots without taking the camera out of the sleeve. Underwater, I found that a rubber band wrapped around the camera outside of the sleeve helped a lot in keeping things aligned. It's not perfect, but unless you're willing to drop a few hundred extra dollars on a specific underwater casing custom-built for your camera, this option works great. |
