4.0 out of 5 stars One of the best ever...
Dice is one of the best ever. It shows in Dice Rules how much he has impacted people. Why not selling out MSG on top of that. The only reason I give this a 4 is because it isn't as intimate as Dice's other concerts. This has 20,000+ in the audience which makes it lose some sparkle. The jokes are great, and will keep you laughing.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Dice Is The Best, January 3, 2007

"Diceman" was so ahead of his time. It's really sad the liberal media sort of black listed him. Let's face the facts, it was all based on his racial jokes, gay jokes, etc....Of course if he was female, mexican, or black doing the very same thing, the media would have accepted him with open arms. He's just the best at what he does, and they hate him for it. The great part is, working America loves him. This is the reason he still makes six figures a night. Roll on "Dice". You are the man.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great laughs for a long time fan., October 13, 2005

I'm a long-time Dice fan and especially like his earlier stuff. This show is pretty early in his career and I busted up at material that was new to me. I've seen him in concert 3 times, 2 big venues and once in Vegas. This dvd reminded me of the Vegas show, small venue w/ comedy room atmosphere. Get this dvd you won't be disappointed.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great standup routine, Odd intro, and Stupid concert ending, October 12, 2005
By
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
When the DVD started off I thought I had the wrong product. The beginning isn't standup comedy, but a few clips and skits in a movie like format. The skits were actually pretty funny. Especially when the store clerk curses at Dice using mixed phrases. "You @ss-head! You mother b*tch!"

When Dice started doing his routine, I knew it I had the right DVD. His standup was hilarious. He makes fun of a lot of people, he can definitely be offensive, but that's his act. He tells jokes at people's expense, but they are jokes. (Japanese people could be very offended, he goes off on a tangent for a while)

The end of the DVD has like 20 minutes of Dice actually singing with a band. He obviously idolizes Elvis, but C'mon! That really shouldn't have been included. If it didn't have the rock and roll part at the end, this would have been perfect.

I give it five stars anyway because his routine was that funny.

I suggest buying online because you'll never find this in stores anymore.

4.0 out of 5 stars Dice At His Best, March 5, 2002

If you like Mother Goose.....OH! This is a DVD for you. This is the Madison Square Garden concert when Dice was at his highest point of his career. Dice acts, sings, and slices & dices the J-Offs in the audience.

Dice is one of the most popular comedians in Las Vegas. His new CD from 2000 showed that he is back.

Just laugh your a... off!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Not for everyone, but for those with a sense of humor - Great!, July 7, 2009
This DVD is Dice at his best, when he was truly at the height of his powers. "Blue" humor is not for everyone, so if you're easily offended by jokes at anyone's expense, do yourself a favor and don't buy the thing. For the rest of us grownups, you will love it and want to share it with others who could use a laugh nowadays.

What can I say. I ordered Dice Rules off of PPV back in 1990 or 91 and recorded it VHS. Could never find it on DVD once that format took over. Great to watch, still funny as hell, (the "Day in the Life skit was a riot), and he still is the Undisputed Comedy King
