Dickies Women's Eisenhower Jacket

I purchased this jacket with the intent of placing various scooter patches that I have accumulated on it. I was looking for a ladies "mechanics style" of jacket and couldn't find in my searches any color other than gray. After a "Google" search, I found this on Amazon at a decent price. I ordered this jacket in black in a medium and it fits fairly true to size (traditionally I am a size 8). One thing to consider, it is not a fitted jacket, so there is a small amount of "bulk" in the body, but it isn't unsightly. The jacket comes with a heavy duty zipper and the outer shell is a heavy cotton material. It also has a nice lighter quilted insulation that is not removeable, which will take that autumn chill. There are two side hand pockets and a double stacked inside pocket on the left side. None of these pockets have zippers, hence my 4 stars. All in all, this jacket will serve it's purpose well.

This jacket fits true to measurement on the torso, but really short on the arms. I tried a Large (fit perfect in the torso), and a Men's XL and XXL, and ALL the sleeves were really short.

I was excited to find this jacket because I had been looking for something simple. I ordered a small, but when I tried it on it was way too big. The sleeves are a little long and the whole jacket is very bulky, especially in the arms and back. It's a shame, because I really do like the jacket, it's just the size is terrible, and they don't seem to have anything smaller.

I am a size small (4) in everything. I had to return this, it fit like a MED/LARGE. I even have broad shoulders for a small frame, and it wasn't even close. If you like a feminine fit, forget it, it's boxy. Good price, but bad fit.

This jacket is not the most fashionable item, but that wasn't the purpose of this purchase. Overall, I like it - a great outdoors jacket. However, I wear a size small in most things and the sleeves on the jacket are short and the shoulders are tight. I didn't go for the bigger size because I though it would be way too boxy. It is also a little stiff, but I am hoping that some wear or a washing will fix this. Very warm for being so lightweight!

This dickies jacket was much cheaper on Amazon and is great for the colder weather.

The fit and quality was exactly what I needed. I was not disappointed about anything and it was at an excellent price.
