In case you don't see the title of the product, this is a Junior sized shirt. I normally purchase a large to ensure I have ample room for comfort, but this shirt is just a weeeee bit too small for me. :(

Just make sure you order 1 size bigger than you think you should!

Other than that, it is great Dickies quality and the black color looks great over my rock shirts (since I have to leave it open)

I got this shirt for work. I work in food service and I have to wait on people sometimes, so I needed this. Fits great. But I did get a size bigger than I would've usually gotten like the reviews said. They were right, couldn't imagine how small the medium size is. So if you buy this, listen to them!

I ordered three of these for work, I am a waitress. I love the fit however I normally wear a small and ordered a medium on the advise of other reviews. It fits beautifully. I do find them to be slightly itchy and they need ironed to look crisp but they wash up well. I would order them again.

I am a server and ordered a few of these shirts in white. Definitely order at least 1 size larger if you don't normally wear junior girl sizes.

Since women's sizes vary by brand I will provide measurements in inches. I purchased a size XL and the width from armpit to armpit is 22". The total length is 29". I could wear a men's shirt in 14.5" (neck) x 32" (sleeves) and this shirt fits similarly. So take your favorite fitting shirt and compare the measurements.

The shirt washes and iron well. I guess you could get away with no ironing if you take it out of the dryer and hang it up immediately. But I prefer the crisp look.

I don't need the chest pocket so I used a sharp pointed scissor to carefully remove it before I wore or washed the shirt. I also removed the red tags at the collar and at the front bottom.

I like the hiden button down collar. The only minus about this shirt is that I wish the collar was a little taller / wider to completely hide the tie I have to wear.

it is true, you should buy a size up from what u normally are....awesome shirts, great quality, needs a cool iron.

This is the best work shirt you'll ever find. If you work in an industry that requires a white long selves button down shirt that MUST remain tucked in at all times then this is your shirt. Most junior shirts are what I call "shorty" shirts, this shirt is fitted and long enough to stay tucked all day.

PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE bring this shirt back!!! I am ready to add 20 to my cart.

Do order a size up! I normally wear a Medium, and I ordered a Large b/c of other reviews. Glad I did. Great work shirt! I'm a server.

I use this shirt for work. I work at two different resturaunts and they both require white oxford button down shirts, I'm going to order more for sure. I wish they had an option of size medium however the large works just as well plus the shipping was very impressive I recieved this the day after I ordered which is just awesome.

This is a very high quality shirt. No thin, see-through. It fits well and has a taylored look about it. I am very pleased. Wish all girls shirts were as this one. I think anyone would be glas they purchased this shirt. I plan on buying different colors of this same shirt.

This shirt fits great! I have a terrible time finding button-down shirts for work that are long enough and don't look awkward. This shirt is simple, long enough to tuck in, and doesn't have any of those awkward pleats (darts?) in the front, making it easy to iron. My only complaint is after a wash or two, the fabric didn't look as crisp or iron as well. Still worth it for the money though.
