Good boots for the money, April 3, 2011
These boots were purchased for my husband as work boots. He is HARD on his work gear!! We have tried expensive boots and he goes through them just as fast as he does Walmart boots. These however seem to be holding up better than most he says, and he has already warn them through a creek. On a scale of 1-10 he gave them a 7.5. I give them 5 stars for quality on the price tag. Paid $40 bucks (pay almost $60 @ Walmart) and they are doing better...can't beat that!

Steel toes or what?, February 11, 2011
This is a great boot for my honey to work in, he really likes the 8 inch but they were very hard to find. I was so excited when I finally found them at a decent price but I don't like the fact that I couldn't really determine if they were steel toes or not. I had to assume that if they didn't say steel toes or protective toes that they were not steel toes.
