David Field is director of professional ministry, Church Pastoral Aid Society, Warwick, England; formerly vice-principal of Oak Hill College, London.

Arthur F. Holmes (Ph.D., Northwestern) is professor emeritus of philosophy at Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois.

O'Donovan is Regius professor of Moral and Pastoral Theology, University of Oxford.
